Hi I have accidentally bought a bolt on can  I cancel and get refund.

Boltons are non refundable as per the T&C's and most are only for one month... 

 

You can always try o2 Customer Services on 0344 809 0202 or 202 (Pay Monthly) or 4445 (PAYG) and see if they can refund it as a gesture of goodwill as a one off, but dont build your hopes up

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
