Redeeming Apple Music Promotion

I received the promotion for 6 months free Apple music when I recently upgraded my phone. But I do not have a code to enter into the link? 

Help please!!

This may require you access the Priority app and register an account (if you do not already have one).

Redemption Code terms and conditions will apply. If your Redemption Code is valid, you will be prompted to create an account with Apple and accept their terms and conditions for use of Apple Music.
