Solved: Apple Music redeem code

I keep getting sent the o2 sms with a link to redeem the 6 month Apple Music. When clicked the link opens the Apple Music app stating it is looking for my offer details but it goes no further. Any ideas?

Try using mobile data to open the link.

If still having problems, you can message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
