I am having the same issue. O2 customer services seem lost and have checked everything, reset lots of things and sent a new sim even. But still not receiving calls. @O2nath_ci or @gmarkj do you know who can help. I dread to know how many calls I'm missing.

Hi @Sam_d - the O2 advisor service, O2nath_ci was one, was disbanded in July 2023. Please try this, either via O2's Social Media Team at the link below or via 202 at around 08:05am today - note you will lose service for a few hours, but it has been shown to work:
Ask O2 to reprovision your account completely, from scratch. You will lose service for a few hours as they tear down your account, then wait a while, then reprovision it - do call from a different phone if you do not use Twitter or Facebook or Instagram to talk with O2! Good luck!

Ask Vodafone to check if they have completed all the steps in the porting process.
