Yes, same issue. can't pay bills as can't get texts. can't get anyone on support at o2 either surprise surprise.

was moved from virgin to o2. was working okay until just now. haven't had a new sim or anything from o2 so assumed wouldn't need one. Anyone know if something has just happened or if we were supposed to get a new sim?

I've been with o2 for years, without any change of sim or device.... but today no texts being received.
I've messaged o2 on social media and they have replied to say they are aware of the issue and are working on a fix as soon as possible
