Problems porting in number.

Trying to port in my number from SKY to O2. It keeps failing with the following error "Phone Number is in inappropriate state (Soft-reserved)". O2 has escalated it to the porting expert team.

Don't have a clue what this means. Anyone have any ideas?

Porting in 3 numbers. 2 of them went through fine. It's just the one that's causing problems.

Been almost 7 weeks now and number still not ported over.

I received an email this morning that I can cancel without facing any termination charges due to them changing the terms and conditions of my contract so I decided to cancel and leave O2.
