Hi all, I have just been moved to O2 as part of my Virgin Media package, including an O2 sim, I have had my old number ported from VM on the 15th of March ,The issue is that some contacts can't call me and can only msg me .They get ,calls to this number cannot be connected msg .I called O2 and they sent me a replacement sim to try , but to no avail. I'm using a Samsung s21 . Any help much appreciated.
