Port failed - does the number revert to O2?

Hi All,

 

struggling with a porting issue - hope someone has some ideas I can try - I have had lenghty chats with both O2 and Vodafone live chats to no avail : (

 

I treid to port my O2 number to Vfone - but something went wrong and the order with VFone failed.

 

Situation now seems to be that O2 think Vfone have my numer and Vfone can't access the number or use the O2 PAC code to transfer it.

 

Wondering if I leave it for a week or so ... wil the nuber aut revert to O2? Any thoughts?

@BK22 I wouldn't rely on O2 Live Chat. You're more likely to get this resolved by calling 202 from your mobile if it's still working, or 0800 032 1402. Use the Lost/Stolen, Fraud, or Upgrade option to get through.

Best time to call is 8 am.
