I have had an issue with poor voice call quality for some time. I have VoIP enabled and wifi at my home and work locations. I have a Samsung S20 5G handset.
My home has a really poor signal, but i often get calls drop out compeltey or people say it went direct to voicemail. Often call quality is very poor and breaks up mid conversation.
This has started to happen at my work address now also. Can you please advise if i need to adjust any settings, get a new sim, get a new phone (although i cant afford one).
Thanks

I will have a chat with them. You dont think its a SIM or signal issue?
WhatsApp calls are fine.

Could you try your sim in another phone? If its fine then you need a new sim.
Call O2 to get one if this is the case.
