Hi.

My phone will not make or receive calls, likewise for text messages, unless I am in a wifi zone.

Also, it appears my data allowance of 25GB is shared between multiple devices within the household - can this be changed?

There is no shared tariffs anymore, so unless you're on an old tariff, it won't be.
