Phone Calls Keep Breaking Up

When I'm making phone calls the person I'm speaking to keeps complaining that the call is breaking up. Also, some calls just drop out completely.

I've tried using a different handset but the same thing happened.

I've tried making a call from the garden, but the same thing happened.

I have a non-smart phone, so these are standard voice calls, not using an app nor wi-fi.

Thank you. When I eventually got through the customer service system to a person, they came to the same conclusion and a new SIM is now in the post.

@CleoriffThe new SIM turned up yesterday, and I swapped it across. I've now made a number of calls without any problems. So a new SIM was the required solution (although it appears my question has been set to 'solved' before it actually was solved).

As for the solution being given, this is done by our managers with the 'best answer'. Simply because 60% of people don't bother coming back. So I'm happy that you did. 😉
