When I'm making phone calls the person I'm speaking to keeps complaining that the call is breaking up. Also, some calls just drop out completely.
I've tried using a different handset but the same thing happened.
I've tried making a call from the garden, but the same thing happened.
I have a non-smart phone, so these are standard voice calls, not using an app nor wi-fi.

Sounds as if you may need a new sim. You can get one instore if you take ID or
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help

Thank you. When I eventually got through the customer service system to a person, they came to the same conclusion and a new SIM is now in the post.
