I have been ringing 202 to try and pay my device plan off.
As soon as I say make device plan payment it gives me details on how much I owe on my monthly plan then kicks me off!
on the website I can make additional payments on my telephone bill but not my device. Why?
can you also g e me a direct number to the relevant department so I can pay my device off?

The device plan is a seperate credit agreement so can only be paid byy calling O2 for additional payments.
You'll need to call customer service.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
