I've got the same problem but can't phone O2 to fix as the robot keeps asking me to log in to my O2 account but my account keeps saying it doesn't recognise my log in, therefore asked for link to reset and got the Mcafee rubbish. Appears to be telling me I can only access via the app, but....can't get on the app. Annoying that on my laptop my log in is fine but won't let me contact help in any way other than app
