Old samsung S7 gets message about "SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK"

Been looking on the internet all morning and I believe I need an MCK code. I've seen @Martin-O2 @LukasB being referenced and I'm wondering if you could provide assistance.

I've already received and tried using the PUK code, but I believe the message is misleading and it actually requires the MCK.

@Charlie__ needs a master unlock code which can only come from Samsung.
