I’ve recently ported my number from EE to O2 and now can’t receive OTPs from my bank and iMessage isn’t working. Can anyone help?

The porting files haven't been completed correctly.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Thanks
I called O2 and there is some glitch which mean that they have to turn on parental restrictions for the OTPs to be able to get through. This allows the OTPS to come through but then you can't get onto the bank websites/apps due to parental controls! I then had to call them to remove the controls, and all is good.
The iMessage issue was solved by turning iMessage and Facetime off, restarting the phone then turning iMessage and Facetime on again.
