I can’t access my O2 app, an error comes up.I am not a new customer and my password is correct as it is what I used to get onto O2 community. I need to update my payment details for monthly tariff but I can’t access the app?
The error says “Oops. My 02 isn't available to you yet.
If you're new to 02, it can take up to
48 hours for your account to be ready.
If it's been longer than 48 hours, get in
touch and we'll look into it for you.”

Delete the app and reinstall. If that doesn't help then contact O2 to reset your account.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.
