O2 Movistar Tenerife can’t get roaming to work

I’m on holiday Tenerife. My O2 roaming isn’t working. I have an iPhone. My husband is also in o2 his is working fine he has a cheap phone !! Am I missing something with my iPhone

Change your APN to 'mobile.o2.co.uk' in network settings
