I ported over a number but when I use my phone other callers say they see an unrecognised number on their display

Has your old SIM gone dead?

If using an iPhone try resetting your network. Also rebooting your phone may work.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Settings >Phone >My number.

Edit, save and reboot.
