I have requested a number transfer from old account to new….. I now have no signal or connection with either account (phone) advise please

O2 do seem to find this hard.
Assume you have rebooted the phone on your new account.
Sadly these transfers don't happen Saturday and Sunday so we are now looking at Monday
As customers, we can only advise keeping on at O2
