Number ported yesterday but still have no service
talked to customer service last night and they said it all looked like the number had been swapped
keep turning my phone off but still no service
can anybody help please

Does the old sim still work @HT2 ?
Does the new sim work at all, or nothing?
If nothing at all then it could need activating or indicate a fault. Try visiting your local o2 shop to get a new one.
Alternatively speak to customer services and ask them if they can send a new sim out.

I can now get it to come up as 02 but no bars and only if I switch to 3G
do I need them to activate 4G
