No signal for 6 days since switching to O2

Have anyone experienced similar like this - having no signal, no network, no calls and text since switching to O2 for more than 5 days?
I am on my 6th day of this. Trying to get in touch with all support teams and also popped into the shop, but still haven’t got fixed …what I can do now? I feel so desperate I can’t even receive any OTP for banking and etc.
