Hi - I started experiencing network issues before Christmas. O2 sent me a new sim which worked for a couple of days and now back to no signal - either searching for a signal or I have an ! at the top. There is always a mast around my home which isn’t working, but I have no signal wherever I go, even 20/30 miles away, still no signal. I have now ordered a third sim. Connects to WiFi ok. Live chat is useless as you can never get through. I have tried all the advice - turning phone on and off, resetting network settings, tried in my husbands phone and it worked temporarily.
Any advice? Not sure where to go if 3rd sim doesn’t work?

Hi @stacey111 - as the problem moves with the SIM to another phone, it appears to be something amiss with the way your account has been configured on the O2 side.
Persist with O2 - call them today at around 08:10, or get them on Social Media using the link just below.
Ask them to reprovision your account completely, from scratch. Note that you will lose service (not that you will notice, given your predicament, I guess!) for a few hours as they tear down your account, then wait a few hours, then reprovision it - do call from a different phone! Good luck!

Probably worth getting your phone checked too @stacey111 , just in case.

Thank you. This is what worries me - if it’s the actual phone then it will cost ££. Do you think it’s likely?

Thank you. Some good advice. I’ll try the new sim when it arrives tomorrow and see what happens. I’m hoping it’s easily fixed by O2 (and not the actual phone itself).

I'd be surprised if you have multiple sim failures to be honest.
Not impossible, but unlikely.
If you contact your phones manufacturer they can run diagnostics to check its function.
