I've had no network coverage for almost 3 days. O2 said they've accidentally put a bar on my account and they've now removed the bar but that was over 24 hours ago and still have no network. Anyone else had this happen to them? Its an absolute nightmare.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

I've spoke to them several times. I wondered if it had happened to someone else and how quickly it was resolved.

I've had no service at all today since this morning and can't find a way to contact 02. I've tried turning flight mode on and off, rebooting phone etc but still no service. I don't use Facebook etc so am getting really frustrated with the lack of service or info on the issue. I'm in the Sheffield area.

Thanks for the link. The worrying thing is that 02 expect to give an update on 30th Sept!!! What is really puzzling is, that my partner has got an ancient mobile with an 02 account (just kept it to transfer some old photos) - we've dug that out and that one is working/has network service, so the fault isn't affecting the ancient mobile. At least we can use it to call 202 tomorrow!

Are you able to switch your phone to use 3G only as a temporary fix?
