Hi everybody, we just moved to Norton Fitzwarren, Taunton, Somerset. I had a Vodafone sim which we find out that had no reception/signal in the house. We checked Ofcom and saw that O2 has good signal at either indoors and outdoors in our area. So, we switched to O2. Came home to see that reception inside the house is worse than Vodafone. Can not make/receive any calls. At the O2 shop in Taunton where we got our sims, the guy told us to contact O2 in case of any problems, and O2 might provide boosters for inside the house. I can not find a customer service number to contact at O2 website. Any suggestions please?

Your first mistake was to trust OfCom and its computer prediction which is basically a finger in the air, the only way to test is to buy PAYG sim cards and test live services, before signing up to a contract.

O2 don't provide boosters to Consumers anymore, (only available to Business customers and they arent free at £180+vat per box).  your only option is to use WiFi Calling.

o2's customer service numbers can be found in the footer on every page at https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
