If so delete the App and reboot the phone before reinstalling.

Thanks I tried what you said but to no use. How do I even raise this to O2? I don't want to be on a community board. I want a company who provides me a contact to sort this... this seems massively unclear, and unprofessional if I'm not missing something, which I admit/hope is likely.
