No Visual voicemail in Samsung S21 ultra 5g Mobile

Hi,

I haven't found a way to enable visual voicemail in Samsung S21 Ultra 5G. My mobile is not listed in the O2 help and support section. I've tried to switch to Google's phone app, but the setting is disabled there as well.

Does o2 support VVM for samsung phone? If so how to enable it?
