Hi,

I have recently received my upgrade and did a Sim Swap Monday evening; however I still have 'No Service' on my phone. How long does it usually take?

Thanks, Michelle.

If you followed the instructions on the pack the SIM was in @Michy (and that are in this guide: Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update ) it should be done within 24 hours but normally much quicker.

As you have been waiting longer than that there might have been an issue, so I would suggest getting in touch with customer services - you can phone them on 202 or 0344 809 0202, or message them on social media:

 Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

@Michy

Assume you have rebooted the phone?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
