Hi , I changed contracts on Tuesday 25/06/24 and now I have no service. I get the email to receive a code but the code never comes to my phone

You will need to contact customer services, as it sounds like you ordered a new sim card, which would be sent to you.. Guide: How to find help & contact O2
Or pop into an o2 store with Photo ID and they can sort a new sim for you.
