No reason why not as the phone meets the minimum requirements for the app, however, you can login through a browser window just the same.

Thanks for your reply, I have tried to install the Netflix app using Google but when the app comes up and I go to install the red notice appears stating "Not compatible with this version"

Understood but I can't see a reason for it.

What I meant by a browser window is to just click on this link and open it in Chrome of Samsung browser https://www.netflix.com/
