Inexplicable text message from O2

I have received a text message I do not understand, please explain:-  " Just letting you know your NC48L13228 will expire on 02/07/25"

These codes are linked to an offer of Get £100 off your selected Samsung Galaxy S24.

 

 

 

To redeem the customer can use the code when signed into My O2 or in a store.  The customer needs to make sure they have at least £100 to pay on the phone in the basket to remove it using the promo code

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

This isnt customer services,  but using the search function or even just browsing todays post will show you its been an issue today with people posting about it.
