Hi
I have a new sim. I gave my pac code when ordering. New sim is in how long before I have my old number? I don’t think I need to text swap but there are no clear instructions for this if I am bringing number with me. Thanks

O2 help here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number

You should chase it up with customer service if you didn't get given a changeover date.

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

and here Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi there @Sarah18 , as it's been a few days since you posted your query so I just wanted to check if you managed to get everything sorted since then, or if you still require any help?
