New Phone won’t make or receive calls

Just got an additional contract but the phone won’t make or receive calls when it’s set up for unlimited calls?

I have checked settings, switched the phone off and on and looked at myo2 with no success. I have called o2 but get kicked off as they are “too busy”!

any ideas?
