New O2 SIM isn't working after changing from old network

Hi,
I recently changed network from a Tesco SIM (that was included as part of a contract to pay off the cost of my phone). Paid off the phone and swapped to O2 over 48 hours ago. Sent the PAC code as part of the process. SIM arrived yesterday and it has been in the new phone for over 24 hours but my number hasn't been retained from my old SIM as requested, I cannot take or receive calls and my monthly data hasn't updated to the new allowance. What do I do?
