I keep loosing access to internet it freezing or won't connect even though bars show full signal had all the advise given & works for a while & goes back to off again had sim replaced & some thing sick of this IPhone 12 pro max the only Iphone I have issue with

I would speak to Apple direct as it sounds like a Phone issue, either speak to Apple Support or book an appointment at your local Apple "Guru" Bar.
