Hi
I can't make or receive calls. I pay monthly, my bill is up to date, tried turning it on and off to refresh it but still no joy. Tried calling the 0344 number on the 02 website and its saying this number is unavailable.
Anyone know what's going on?
PS tried live chat and it cut off on me and don't ask me to talk to Aura - useless

Does your mobile data still work @mbl19700 ?
Does the phone say emergency calls only, or unable to connect to network?
Have you tried to do a sim swap recently?
Best thing to do is find a working sim and try that in your phone, and try your sim in another phone - this will show if the phone or the sim is the problem.
If it is the sim, either pop to your local o2 or contact customer services on social media to request a replacement.
