My wife has just been diagnosed with dementia and I have bought her a new phone. It is a Doro 780X IUP.
Unfortunately the sim from her current phone (IPhone 5S) does not seem to fit the Doro phone, which requires a micro SIM card (3FF).
Could you please advise how we should proceed as I would like to get the new phone operational and keep the same number.
thanks

You can get a sim adaptor off Amazon etc or from your local O2 store.
