I’ve tried my O2 app account for 3 years when I purchased the phone. I still get a notification that tell me to wait 48 hours before I try to log in? I want to access the O2 app to to view my bill as it increases every year without being notified that it’s going to do this.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

Also call customer service if you prefer on 202

see this link as to why your bill goes up annually

https://www.o2.co.uk/prices

Each year, your Airtime Plan will be increased by the RPI rate of inflation announced in February plus 3.9%. If RPI is negative, we’ll only apply the 3.9%.
