My SIM card has been replaced and my phone is still saying no data. I have lots of data on my phone. I have been into the shop in Basingstoke today, and they said someone would contact me. I need to know if I can get a new line for my number is wha5 the person in the shop said would happen. I am a healthcare provider out in the community and I need my phone.
