I can't get mobile data at all - This has been an issue ever since my plan moved from virgin mobile to O2.
I have tried my SIM in the other slot and reset my phone multiple times.
What could be the issue?

The best thing to do is to check the APN on the phone is set to mobile.o2.co.uk and is not still using the Virgin Mobile APN.
You can do this via the Mobile Data options.
This is because the phone still sees the sim as VM and not o2
