Digital TV is UHF from 470 to 850 MHz

O2 4g is Band 20 which is 800MHz so there is a possibility of interference on some channels, but not all.

If you are getting interference on all channels it's unlikely to be related to the phone mast, but if it's only on the top end of the band, you should report it to O2 to escalate to the technical team.

Check also if your neighbours are effected as it might be local QRM caused by cheap Chinese Christmas lights or such like.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
