I have had this device since christmas and every day it freezes and has to be reset or today it's frozen completely and I can't do anything with it at all. I've contacted lenovo support who have gave me some advice but said they can't do anything as the tablet is frozen completely and cannot be turned off or there's no response on the screen. They have advised me to contact O2 for a replacement but I'm just wondering if anyone else has the same problem with their device? I'm so unhappy and disappointed with this device because I thought it would be a quality item and work well and so far it's absolute rubbish!!

You need to contact O2.

To be fair, I am a Lenovo fan boy, but having a M10 into test they are an absolute dire tablet, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.  


They are slow, not enough RAM, and updates are few and not regular,  they are not upto Lenovo Standard

 

Have a look on the Lenovo Forums for other feedback on them...


My advice would be to get in touch with o2 and see if you can do a return but you need to be quick 

 

"If you bought your device as a gift between 3 November 2022–24th December 2022, you may be eligible for an Extended Returns period up to and including 8 January 2023."

I have liked lenovo up until now. I had a m10 before which was slow but I knew it would be because of the workload it had. So I got this one as it was supposed to octa core so should be powerful enough to run what I use it for. I only download Google play games and play them on it. They aren't exactly graphic hungry so I just can't see what the issue is with this tablet.
