I'm trying to get my legacy number transfered over to a 360 account so i can do a switch up. It's been 48 hours since the most recent attempt by them and still no joy! This has now been going on since end of 2022! Any advice please?!?!

Nope. The customer has no choice over when they get moved to 360 - it happens when O2 move you, no idea of the logic or schedule as far as is known, sorry @TheBerkshireDav

Thanks Pgn. When I called they said I was part of the batch of numbers being ported over on Friday just gone - and that it can take 48 hours. If it doesn't, can I just go into the store to set up a "new account" and port my phone number over?

Chances are the O2 Shop staff will baulk at the part-migrated number, they have been using the 360 get-out card on so many things - but you can always try, @TheBerkshireDav - don't forget to take photo id with you or you won't get far. Also porting may require you to interact with MyO2, so a bit of a Catch-22...
