When did you give the PAC to O2?

Nothing is transferred at weekends and Bank Holidays so you are looking at Tues or Wed at the earliest.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

i asked for my number to be swapped last Friday, so i feel your pain.  They said it would be done on Tuesday night... that was 3 days ago lol.  I'm guessing i will have to waste another 30 minutes of my life talking to customer services next week to chase this up.
