Solved: Keeping my Phone Number

When I signed up to 02 (5 days ago) I requested to keep my number, however the number hasnt changed yet.

Also I have requested again today and it says "something went wrong"

Please can you support this request

I am in a similar situation. I ported my number from Lebara UK and its half ported. I can send messages and make calls but cannot receive calls or SMS. Complete mess, I heard there is a porting team that deals with issues like these.
