Need to check if there an outage as phone stopped and says no sim / not registered on the network. Need to check if signal down or an issue as I have just transferred to new tariff on exisiting sim and number

Did you request a new sim card at all, when changing tariff, as wonder if the agent if done via the phone has sent you a new sim card. 🙄
