I have 6 new iPhone 14 and new sims - these are existing 02 numbers ported to new sims as we got ne handsets. Signal keeps dropping out and often show no caller id despite the numbers in the contacts. this is happening nationwide not just one area.
Any help appreciated

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

Hi Jonsie,
thanks for your feedback and we have tried calling 02 technical but as usual they say they don't understand it and have never seen it before despite I can find other on the chats with the same but cant see how or if it has been fixed.

You have posted on a couple of old threads that you are having the "same problem" ; but the problems that had been set out were not identical.
Could I suggest that you start a new thread and clearly describe the problems that you are having ? We will then try to help you.
