In Australia - with bolt ons - calls not working

Hi,

I have arrived in Australia. I have the proper Bolt ons.

My phone has automatically connected to YES OPTUS but I cannot call or text Aussie numbers.

Internet data is fine.

I have switched off and switched on. Taken out sim and put it back in.

Tries 02 app support but its useless, 202 number not available until tomorrow.

Any ideas ?

Exactly same issue...solution is

SELECT 4G PREFERENCE

DO NOT LINK TO OPTUS...BUT MANUALLY SELECT TELSTRA.

It seems that Oz is struggling to make a smooth transition to 5G...especially Optus.

Also, given that Telstra has a much better coverage away from city, it's a better option anyway.
