Hello,

Recently lost my phone I phone 11 pro and called o2 and asked them to bar the IMEI on the phone.

I’ve now found the phone and called o2 three times stating this and asking them to lift the bar and being reassured by o2 that within 24 hours each time the bar will be lifted, it never gets lifted.

can someone please help me as the phone is still barred from SIM cards and I need to use it

@DH01 - You will have to persist with either O2 CS on 202 or via O2 Social Media as in the link just below. If calling 202, best time is around 08:10am. You may need to get your account unblocked as well - all the Guide: O2 BARs are shown here.

Other contact number here, but not free:

Customer Service Number Charges

From your O2 mobile202Free
From a landline0344 809 0202Standard UK rate

Also there is a specific Payment management number - 0800 902 0217 and a CS number 0800 032 1402 - this Guide: A Guide to Skype might help you get through to the free-call number if you have no other phone. All of this info is in the posts above. Good luck!

@EKW

As @DH01 did not revert to us for further advice and his post was over three months ago, I think that you can assume that his problem was solved - particularly as the original poster indicated that the guidance provided by @pgn was an accepted solution.

@pgn has provided comprehensive details as to how to move forward and i suggest that you carefully follow his methodology.
