Help! I received a new Sony Xperia for my son on Friday and chose an eSIM. He has an existing Xperia so thought this would be an easy transition, but it keeps asking for a QR code that we did not receive.
Also note the phone didn’t come in an actual box and also didn’t have a charging cable or plug with it! So far this upgrade has been a nightmare!

You install esim from your MyO2.
