Hi, I open a new contract on 7 December 2020 I cancelled it at the same day
because the O2 reception in my area was terrible.
but three years later, I realised that O2 affected my credit score!
they send me a few bills after I cancelled my contract which I disputed and explained that I cancelled the contract and showed them the written proof of cancellation.
I went to O2 shop twice to resolve and they agree it’s not my fault, it’s their fault but still, they haven’t been able to fix that for me. This has affected my credit score and causing me issues all because they can’t do their job properly. Not happy O2!! 😡😡😡
